Terms and Conditions for Dziirwa
1. Introduction
Welcome to Dziirwa! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
**2. Order Finalization**
All orders must be finalized with a representative of Dziirwa before production begins. This includes providing accurate measurements, agreeing on lead times, and confirming the price. Production will only commence once all details are confirmed.
**3. Deposit Requirement**
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery.
**4. Lead Times**
Lead times for projects vary based on complexity and design. The standard lead time is 2 weeks. However, this may be subject to change depending on project specifics and current workload. You will be informed of the estimated lead time upon order confirmation.
**5. Progress Check-Ins**
To ensure your project meets your expectations, we will conduct three progress check-ins throughout the production process. These check-ins will allow you to review and provide feedback. Please note that due to the nature of crochet work, changes cannot be easily made once production has progressed beyond these check-ins. We encourage timely responses to minimize the need for adjustments.
**6. Delivery Charges**
All delivery charges, including shipping and handling fees, are the responsibility of the client. Delivery costs will be calculated and communicated to you before dispatch.
**7. Cancellation and Refunds**
Due to the custom nature of our products, all orders are final once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order before production starts, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to review, and partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Dziirwa.
**8. Quality Assurance**
We take great pride in our work and strive to ensure that every product meets high standards of quality. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess and address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
